2. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information for the project.
Deliver all necessary files, such as footage, audio, and instructions, in a timely manner.
Ensure that the content provided does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
Respond to feedback requests to ensure timely project completion.

3. Service Delivery

We strive to deliver high-quality services within the agreed timeframe.
Turnaround times are based on the complexity of the project and the package selected.
Delays caused by incomplete information or untimely client responses are not the Company’s responsibility.

4. Payment Terms

Full or partial payment is required before the commencement of work, as per the agreement.
Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, and other methods listed on our Website.
Failure to complete payment may result in the cancellation of the project.

5. Revisions and Feedback

Each package includes a specific number of revisions. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.
Feedback must be provided within 7 Days of receiving the draft to avoid project delays.
Revision requests should align with the original scope of work.

6. Intellectual Property

The final edited videos remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.
Any pre-existing templates, assets, or software used in the process remain the property of the Company.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in cases where the service cannot be delivered as promised due to Company limitations.
No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or partially completed.
Disputes must be raised within 24 Hour of receiving the final output.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your content and will not share it with third parties without your permission.
It is your responsibility to back up any files shared with us.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for losses arising from delayed delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
The Company is not liable for issues arising from the client-provided content, such as copyright violations.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services under the following conditions:

Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Use of our services for illegal or unethical purposes.
Failure to provide necessary information or materials for the project.
